Melissa Bittner

Melissa Bittner serves as the Membership Director at APMP since November 2024, bringing extensive experience in member engagement and client success. Previously, Melissa was a Client Success Manager at PropFuel, where assistance was provided to over 80 association clients in enhancing communication strategies to drive member engagement and retention. At the Better Business Bureau Institute for Marketplace Trust, Melissa managed educational programs benefiting consumers and businesses across North America. Additionally, roles at the American Wind Energy Association and Partnership for the Delaware Estuary focused on member value, experience, and environmental initiatives. Early career experiences include program development at the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay and member services at various YMCAs. Melissa holds a Master of Public Administration in Ethical Leadership from Marist College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
