Adryano Lustoza

Adryano Lustoza is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Director of New Business Development at Apnetworks since July 2022. Adryano also holds the position of CEO at Point Coach Treinamentos Vendas Empreendedorismo e Liderança, focusing on mentoring and consulting in sales and entrepreneurship, while launching a new venture, A Cúpula, to support small and medium enterprises. Previously, Adryano was the Managing Partner at Office Total, where responsibilities included establishing branches in Macaé and Vitória and overseeing client acquisition and financial management. Adryano briefly served as CEO of Ribeiro & Lustoza Imóveis em Alto Padrão and has a history of leadership roles including ownership at Point Coach and as Market Director at Distribuidora Martins. With a strong background starting as an Account Manager at Xerox do Brasil, Adryano possesses an MBA in Business Administration from FGV and a Law degree from Faculdade Brasileira de Ciências Jurídicas.
