The Project Management team at Apogee is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of on-campus residential network and video solution projects. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while also coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications to foster successful implementations in higher education environments.
