Jhoana Medina

Jhoana Medina has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Jhoana worked as a Guest Relations Specialist at Walt Disney World from August 2015 to August 2016. Later, they joined Royal Caribbean Cruises and worked as a Guest Services Officer from June 2017 to June 2019. In 2020, Jhoana worked at various companies including ELEKS where they served as a Business Development Representative from February to July 2020, vCom Solutions as a Business Development Representative from July to December 2020, and Attest as a Sales Development Representative from November 2020 to June 2021. Jhoana also joined Predictable Revenue™ Inc. in February 2020 as a Sales Development Representative and was promoted to the role of SDR Team Lead from September 2020 to September 2021. Currently, they are working at Apollo.io as an Account Executive and also serves as an Account Manager since November 2021.

Jhoana Medina obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad del Caribe (MX) from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, from an unknown start year until 2014, they earned an Associate's degree in American Language & Culture from California State University, Monterey Bay. Recently, they obtained a certification as an Outreach Prospecting Specialist from Outreach in August 2021.
