Vaida Banyte possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Corporate HR in Europe and the Americas at Apollo Tyres Ltd. Previously, Vaida held positions as Global Talent Development Manager and Head of Learning & Talent Management at Prezzo Ltd, as well as Leadership & Management Coach at WhiteHat GB. Additionally, Vaida has worked as a Learning and Development Manager for both the Gordon Ramsay Group and Wasabi Sushi & Bento. Academically, Vaida holds a Master of Science in HR and HRD Management from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University.
