George Passaro

George Passaro currently serves as Principal and COO of Global Product at Apollo Global Management, Inc., a role assumed in September 2023. Previously, George was the Chief Commercial Officer at Daphne, where responsibilities included the commercialization and development of a SaaS platform for alternative asset management products. At BNY Mellon, George held several leadership positions, including Commercial Chief Operating Officer for Newton Investment Management Group, where commercial strategies were developed for diverse client segments, and Managing Director of Business Strategy for Mellon Investment Management. Additional experience includes strategic oversight in the COO & CAO office, as well as managing a start-up CMBS Lending platform at BNYM. Earlier roles at Capco and Morgan Stanley involved business strategy, project management, and client service. George holds a Master's Degree in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business.
