Katrina Bergen

Katrina Bergen currently serves as Principal of Total Rewards at Apollo Global Management, Inc., a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Katrina spent nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley, where roles included VP of Rewards Transformation, overseeing the implementation of a compensation system for 70,000 employees, and VP of Corporate Compensation, managing the entire corporate compensation cycle. Katrina's earlier experience includes positions at Time Inc. as Director of Compensation, where several HR systems were implemented, and as Manager of Compensation & HR Systems. Additional roles include recruitment analyst positions at The Princeton Review and EdisonLearning, and job placement director at New York Bartending School. Katrina began a career as a Technical Consultant at Activehost. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Information Science & Policy and English from the University at Albany, obtained in 2004.
