Dr Puneet Mehta

Dr. Puneet Mehta, MD MBA, currently serves as GM International Projects at Apollo Hospitals, a role held since September 2020, focusing on the strategy and delivery of international healthcare projects across multiple regions. Prior experiences include positions such as General Manager at CARE Hospitals and AGM of Business Transformation at Manipal Health Enterprises, where efforts were made to enhance payer mix and clinician engagement. Dr. Mehta has also held significant roles at Billroth Hospitals as Medical Superintendent and at Aster DM Healthcare as Cluster Head of Operations, successfully turning around underperforming units and implementing quality management measures. Academic qualifications include a healthcare leadership program from Harvard Medical School, as well as an MBBS from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and research experience in various health institutions.
