Mahmoud Abbasi

Mahmoud Abbasi is an experienced analytical chemist currently working in development at APL (Apotek Produktion & Laboratorier AB) since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mahmoud held the position of Analytical Chemist at Recipharm from August 2020 to August 2021, focusing on method development and validation, as well as residual solvents determination and assay procedures. Earlier experience includes an internship at AkzoNobel, where Mahmoud was involved in the formulation and application of bio-based adhesives, and a postdoctoral research position at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Mahmoud also served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Mazandaran and worked as a researcher at the Institute for Color Science and Technology. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Applied Chemistry from Bu-Ali Sina University and additional studies at Stockholm University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
