Heather Spencer

Heather Spencer is the Corporate Director of Social Service at Apple Rehab since October 2023 and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Spencer has held various significant roles, including Director of Social Work at Sheriden Woods Health Care Center, and Director of Social Services at Hebrew HealthCare Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center. Spencer is also the founder of Senior Support Services, LLC, which focuses on planning for care in later life. Spencer has been involved with the General Federation of Women's Clubs as 2nd Vice President and the American Case Management Association as Member at Large. Education includes a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Western Connecticut State University. Additionally, Spencer serves as a Notary Public across Connecticut.
