Briant Almonte

Briant Almonte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and digital quality management. Currently serving as FVP and Head of Customer Experience at Apple Bank since February 2020, Briant combines entrepreneurial expertise as a Managing Partner and Founder of Empanada City, a beloved restaurant established in Brooklyn in May 2017. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Citi from September 2003 to February 2020, where roles included Senior Vice President responsible for digital quality and customer experience, Vice President overseeing internal online community development, and various positions focused on project management and risk monitoring. Briant holds a Master's degree in Integrated Digital Media from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration on E-Commerce from DeVry University.
