Angelica Proia

Angelica Proia has extensive experience in customer service and operations, primarily in the technology sector with Apple since February 2015. As a People Operations Planner, Angelica supports leadership in enhancing the employee experience and managing in-store learning initiatives. Previous roles at Apple included Business Expert, Technical Expert, Genius Admin, and Specialist, where proactive engagement with customers and problem-solving skills were demonstrated. Additionally, Angelica serves as a Gym Trainer at 30 Minute Hit since June 2021, combining fitness training with a passion for health.
