Bianca Mahaleris

Bianca Mahaleris, Ph.D., is an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst at Apple, specializing in Inclusion & Diversity Analytics since July 2018. With a strong background in research and analysis, Bianca has managed comprehensive research processes and led operational efforts within teams. Prior experiences include contracting with K. Parks Consulting, providing insights on Employee Resource Groups and training program evaluations, as well as working as a Workforce Planning Analyst at Walt Disney World, where analytical support was provided for HR initiatives. Earlier roles included developing demographic profiles and focus group recommendations at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute and conducting research on emotions and culture at the Florida Institute of Technology. Bianca holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology along with multiple degrees and certifications in relevant fields.
