Gonzo Gonzalez

Gonzo Gonzalez is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in contact center operations and consulting. Currently at Apple since July 2018, Gonzo has held roles as Program Manager and Contact Center Engineer. Prior to this, Gonzo worked at Geyser Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant, focusing on establishing advanced reporting systems and custom data analytics. At Genesys, from April 2014 to June 2017, Gonzo specialized in historical and real-time reporting solutions, as well as ETL customizations. Gonzo's career at Apple began in June 2002, where roles included Program Manager and WW Contact Center Operations Manager, overseeing project timelines and a global production systems support team. Education includes studies at The University of Texas at Austin and Austin Community College.
