Traci Armstrong

Traci Armstrong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and resource management. Currently serving as the Director of Resource Management for Marcom Worldwide at Apple since July 2017, Traci has previously held significant roles including SVP, Global Director of Talent Acquisition at GTB, and Talent Director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners. Traci's expertise encompasses HR technology, process improvement, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Notably, Traci played a key role in establishing Goodby Silverstein & Partners' first full-service operation outside of San Francisco and has held leadership positions at other prominent firms such as Organic and Campbell-Ewald. Traci's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in founding both Adopt An Art Room, a non-profit supporting public school art funding, and The BIG Idea, a publishing company serving the advertising industry. Traci holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Advertising from Northwood University.
