James Sparks

James Sparks is an experienced electrical and instrumentation inspector with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the electrical construction and maintenance field. Currently serving as an IE&C Inspector at Applied Consultants since May 2022, James oversees electrical, automation, instrumentation, and mechanical construction projects, ensuring quality assurance and safety as a liaison between clients and contractors. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical & Automation Inspector at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. and General Foreman at Bird Electric Enterprises and Burton Control, where project management and adherence to safety and quality standards were key responsibilities. James began the career as an electrician, progressively taking on supervisory roles and acquiring extensive industry knowledge, underpinned by a strong educational foundation.
