Andrea Bovinelli

Andrea Bovinelli is an experienced R&D Software Development Manager and Solution Architect with a strong focus on IIOT and Big Data. Currently working at Applied - innovation makers since January 2022, Andrea manages the research and development of products and services in this domain, particularly leading the corporate IIOT platform project, IMA Digital. In addition, Andrea has held similar roles at IMA Group since April 2019, contributing to the development of IIOT solutions. Previous internships provided foundational experience in software development, automation, and new technology research in 4.0 and IoT sectors. Educational qualifications include a Diploma di Tecnico Superiore from ITS Maker and a diploma in Scienze sociali from Liceo Laura Bassi. Skills encompass PLC and PC-based control systems, motion control architectures, robotic systems, and telecommunications.
