Dieter Haas

Dieter Haas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advanced technology and engineering, currently serving as a Consultant at Applied Materials since June 2023 and as a Mentor at German Accelerator since February 2020. Previously, Dieter held various leadership roles at Applied Materials from July 2006 to November 2021, including Vice President and General Manager, where responsibilities included driving the development of new systems for next-generation displays and batteries. Dieter has a strong background in engineering and technology innovation, with a career foundation at Applied Films and Leybold, Unaxis. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich and a Diplom in Mathematics from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
