Josh Brookshire

Josh Brookshire is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and driving product development in the electronics and communications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at AOI, Josh leads a team focused on designing and testing electronics for Cable TV access networks, advancing technologies to support 10G speeds. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Trenton Systems, where Josh oversaw the design and testing of military computing solutions, and Director of HW Engineering at CommScope, managing a global team responsible for hardware design that generated over $1B in revenue. Josh's background also includes significant positions at ARRIS and Cisco Systems, where Josh managed large teams in the development and certification of telecommunications products. Josh holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University.
