Jim Oliver

Jim Oliver is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as a Reinforcing & CAD Application Consultant at aSa - Applied Systems Associates, Inc. since September 2017. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at TECH GROUP from March 2009 to August 2017, including Technical/Production Engineer and Senior Detailing Engineer. Jim began their career as a Detailing Engineer at Abdulnoor Rebar Factory from October 2005 to December 2008. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Philippines, earned between 1998 and 2003.
