Kate Cato

Kate Cato currently serves as the SVP Global Customer Success and Support at Applitools, having taken on the role in May 2024. In parallel, Kate is a Customer Success Coach with Catalyst Software, leading the Catalyst Coaching Corner program. Previous roles include Global Vice President of Customer Success at Kyriba, and Director of Global Success Programs at Optimizely, where Kate managed various teams to enhance post-sales experiences for clients. Kate's early career featured positions at Crisis Text Line, S&P Capital IQ, and TD Waterhouse, where foundational skills in client support and financial services were developed. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and has international experience through a program at the University of Mannheim.
