Ellen Cornish

Ellen Cornish is a User Experience Specialist at Apply Digital since May 2022, with a foundational background as a User Experience Intern. Prior to this role, Ellen served at Bench Accounting from September 2017 to September 2021, where significant contributions included leading the Client Research team, pioneering a user-centric pilot experiment that drove team rebranding and product roadmap inclusion, and reducing client churn by 90%. Ellen also played a pivotal role in documenting U.S. government relief programs during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting thousands of stakeholders, and significantly enhancing Bench's online presence. Previous experience includes roles at Simon Fraser University as a Research Assistant in the Human Electrophysiology Laboratory and various positions at Indigo, where training and procedural streamlining were key responsibilities. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in UX Design from BrainStation.
