Gordon Daugherty

Gordon Daugherty is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the technology and startup sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of Capital Factory, a prominent startup accelerator and venture fund in Austin, Texas, since August 2012. Daugherty founded Shockwave Innovations to provide resources and funding for tech startups and has held multiple board director roles with companies such as Apptronik, Senseye, Inc., StoryFit, and Team Topia. Additional contributions include a tenure as a senior contributor for Texas CEO Magazine and participation on the governing board of Houston Exponential, which aims to enhance Houston's startup ecosystem. Daugherty's educational background includes a B.S. in Computer Science from Baylor University, along with studies at The Wharton School and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
