Raquel Velasco

Raquel Velasco is an experienced consulting professional currently serving as a Consulting Project Manager at Aqua Advise since September 2024. As an International Projects Consultant since 2014, Raquel Velasco has contributed to various projects and market studies across Barbados, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Panama.
