Abdellah Cherkaoui

Abdellah Cherkaoui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electric mobility and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at AquaLith since 2023, Abdellah focuses on advancing next-generation battery materials for electric vehicles. Abdellah held pivotal roles at Volta Charging from 2015 to 2022, including Senior Vice President for International Operations and Government Relations. Additionally, Abdellah contributed to the Electric Vehicle Charging Association as Vice President and President, shaping policies for the EV charging industry. Previous experience includes leadership positions at ChargePoint, where Abdellah spearheaded European business development, and Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services as Chief Information Security Officer. Abdellah's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Marine Geophysics from the University of Washington and a Master of Engineering from Ecole Nationale de l'Industrie Minerale.
