Claudia Bessas Juscelino

Claudia Bessas Juscelino is a founding partner consultant at Aquila Iberia and Aquila Consultoria em Gestão, with extensive experience in management consulting since October 2011 and a strong international presence across Portugal, Brazil, Switzerland, Australia, and Colombia. Prior to these roles, Claudia served as a management consultant at INDG, specializing in the implementation of management processes through the PDCA method to enhance financial performance for business clients. Early career experience includes programming for the automotive industry at Fibam Cia Industrial and technical analysis at Mondial Assistance Brasil. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from FEI and has pursued further education at institutions such as Nova School of Business and Economics, Ibmec, and USP, where a Master's degree in Visual Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence was attempted.
