Edward Daniels

Edward Daniels is a seasoned professional in the forestry and investment sectors, currently serving as the Team Head of Forestry at Aquila Capital since May 2022. Previously, Edward held significant roles, including Head of Forestry at John Clegg & Co, where responsibilities included managing the forestry division and enhancing client engagement with BNP Paribas Real Estate. Edward has extensive experience as an Investment Director at Gresham House plc, overseeing a major sustainable timber and renewable energy fund, and as Director at FIM Services Ltd, managing investment and operational functions. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Manager at Ludgate Environmental and Manager at Ernst & Young, where Edward developed expertise in investment appraisal, due diligence, and private equity transactions. Edward holds a BA Hons in Economics and Accounting from Newcastle University and is a graduate of Winchester College.
