Hani Fathi

Hani Fathi is an experienced operations manager currently leading smooth operations at Arabian Entertainment Co. Ltd. (Tarfeeh) since November 2022, overseeing multiple restaurant brands including Applebee's, IHOP, and Ocean Basket in KSA. Prior to this role, Hani served as Training & Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on operational excellence and international standards. Hani has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, notably as Restaurants Area Manager for Applebee's in Jeddah from November 2008 to February 2023, and has held various managerial positions at McDonald's Egypt, CookDoor, and Chili's. Hani began the professional journey at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a trainee. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Helwan University Cairo and a high school diploma in Food Preparation from the High School of Tourism & Hotels.
