Yoav Mayer

Yoav Mayer is an experienced professional in automation and firmware infrastructure, currently serving as Automation and FW Infrastructure Team Leader at Arad Technologies since December 2018. In this role, Yoav leads the planning and development of a proprietary protocol for data transfer between embedded cards and testing equipment, as well as the development of an API for communication management between test benches and devices. Yoav also designs automation infrastructure as code within CI/CD pipelines and creates user applications for field communication, alongside establishing DevOps processes for the firmware team in Azure DevOps. Prior to this, Yoav worked as an Automation Engineer at ARAD GROUP, focusing on robust automation solutions in C# and leading migration projects. Yoav began the career as a Bank Teller at First International Bank of Israel after earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Haifa.
