Fiona Blakely

Fiona Blakely currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Arafura Rare Earths Limited, beginning in May 2024. Prior to this role, Fiona took a sabbatical after an impactful tenure at OZ Minerals from February 2019 to May 2023, where Fiona held the position of People Executive and contributed to the company’s commitment to stakeholder well-being and cultural innovation. Fiona's extensive experience in human resources spans over two decades, including significant roles at Lion Co in various capacities that enhanced organizational culture and drove strategic initiatives. Academically, Fiona holds a Master's in Organisational Psychology and an MBA, along with multiple leadership development certifications from prominent institutions.
