Heather Ronnow

Heather Ronnow is an accomplished labor relations and human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Labor Relations Director at Aramark since January 2024, Heather provides consultation on labor and employee relations issues while promoting progressive employment practices. Previous roles include Chief Administrative Officer at FreshRealm, where strategic organization and national expansion were emphasized; Chief People Officer at Central Coast Agriculture, Inc., focusing on HR development and pandemic response; and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kronos Foods Corp., leading HR teams through significant growth. Heather has also held executive positions at Sullair, LLC, Global Experience Specialists, Little Lady Foods, Rexam, Aramark Uniform Services, and Keebler Company, consistently driving operational efficiency, compliance, and organizational transformation. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, Heather also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago.
