Jude Alfuraih

Jude Alfuraih is an accomplished professional with a robust background in HR digital solutions and data science. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Digital Solutions Division at Aramco since September 2015, Jude has played significant roles including Head of HR Digital Solutions & Projects Unit and Expatriate Talent Acquisition Group Leader. Notable accomplishments include pioneering the "Soft Sourcing" internal crowd sourcing initiative and leading advanced analytics projects using natural language processing. Jude's previous experiences encompass roles as a Program Manager at Saudi Data Community, Chief of Investments and Public Relations at USC Saudi Students Association, and multiple internships at Saudi Aramco focusing on accounting and cybersecurity. Jude holds a Master of Science in Data Science & Business Analytics from the University of Southern California and has furthered education in artificial intelligence at Caltech.
