Cindy Gustavel, PMP, CSM, CCMP, currently serves as an Enterprise Project Manager at Arbitration Forums, Inc. since April 2020, with a strong background in project management and business transformation. Previous roles include Senior IT Project Manager and Senior Scrum Master at PwC, where Cindy focused on coaching Scrum teams in Agile methodologies, and Program Manager at Catalina USA, leading a business transformation program that achieved significant cost savings. Cindy also has extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries, including service in the US Air Force Reserve and the US Navy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance, along with an Associate in Applied Science in Logistics and Resources.
