Mark Flemmig

Mark Flemmig is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in high-volume culinary operations. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Arbor Company since September 2022, Mark has held previous roles, including Executive Chef positions at BLT Restaurant Group, Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, The Forge Steakhouse, and Ingredient Group. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Banquet Chef at EPIC, A Kimpton Hotel, and Chef de Cuisine at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where Mark managed an extensive operation. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in co-owning Bounty Food Truck, specializing in gourmet offerings. Additionally, Mark has demonstrated leadership and operational excellence at Yonkers Raceway, Inc. and The Glazier Group, Inc. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
