Patty La Giglia is an experienced leader in the mortgage and financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Managing Director of Business Initiatives at Arbor Financial Group and President of PLaGiglia Consulting L.L.C. Since April 2024, Patty has been guiding high-impact projects and collaborating with executive leadership to foster growth and improve organizational performance. Previous roles include District Sales Operations Manager at Guild Mortgage and Senior VP of National Sales/Business Systems at Cherry Creek Mortgage, where significant improvements in recruiting and operational processes were achieved. With a strong background in business optimization and project management, Patty has also held senior positions at multiple well-respected firms, including Sun West Mortgage Company and Allied First Bank.
