Dr Joe Drolette

Dr. Joe Drolette is a highly experienced professional in the fields of psychology, education, and healthcare. Currently serving in the Partial Hospitalization Adolescent Program at Arbour Counseling Services since December 2024, Dr. Drolette previously held roles as a Group Therapist and Patient Services lead at Hospital for Behavioral Medicine, and as Senior Program Director where responsibilities included program development and enhancing psychiatric services. Notable contributions include co-founding a Diversity-Equity-Inclusion initiative at Saint Vincent Hospital and overseeing special education compliance as Director at the Massachusetts Department of Education. Dr. Drolette's extensive educational background includes multiple post-doctorate certificates from the University of Miami and Harvard University, an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master's degree in Education and Counseling from Fitchburg State University, among other prestigious qualifications.
