Matt Addiego

Matt Addiego is an accomplished technology executive with over two decades of experience in information technology and information security. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Information Technology & Information Security at Arbutus Biopharma Corporation since May 2018, Matt previously held the role of Sr. Director of IT and Information Security at the same organization. Prior positions include roles at Apple Leisure Group, Spark Therapeutics, Inc., Discovery Labs, Cytogen Corporation, and JNM Computer Consulting, showcasing a robust background in IT leadership. Matt holds multiple degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology, including a Master of Science in Computing Security, as well as Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Computing & Telecommunications Technology and Economics. Additionally, Matt has pursued further education at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
