Gina Pfingston

Gina Pfingston is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Vice President at Arc Capital Partners since June 2024. Previously, Gina held the position of Director of Investments & Development at Unico Properties LLC from June 2019 to May 2024, managing large-scale commercial and residential projects through all development phases. Earlier experience includes a Vice President role at JLL from February 2014 to July 2018, where Gina executed over $540 million in asset and land transactions, primarily focusing on multifamily and adaptive reuse projects. Additional roles at JLL included Associate in Multifamily Investment Sales and Junior Associate. Gina began a career in finance as a Public Finance Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Jaffray.
