Ray Hopkins

Ray Hopkins is the current President at ARC Marion. Ray has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, holding various positions such as Director of Facilities Management, Director of Maintenance, and Maintenance Supervisor.

Ray Hopkins began their career in 1974 as a Maintenance Supervisor at Bessemer Carraway Medical Center. Ray then worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at UAB Medicine from 1977 to 1984. In 1984, they became the Director of Maintenance at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Florida. Ray held this position until 1990 when they became the Director of Facilities Management at Fairview Park Medical Center. Ray remained in this position until 2003 when they joined Ocala Health System. And finally, in their current position as President at ARC Marion, they have been able to use their vast experience in the medical field to provide top-notch care for their patients.

Ray Hopkins has an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shelton State Community College. Ray is also certified by the FHEA Florida Healthcare Engineering Association as a Certified Florida HealthCare Engineer.
