Lance Wasylciw P.Tech(Eng) is an experienced professional in the field of production technology, currently serving as a Production Technologist and Team Lead for Production Optimization at ARC Resources Ltd. since April 2021. Previously, Lance held similar leadership roles at Seven Generations Energy Ltd. from April 2017 to April 2021, and has extensive experience as a Production Technologist at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Devon Energy, and Penn West. Early career experience includes positions as a Field Operator at Penn West and various roles at Aztec Engineering Inc. from 2003 to 2008. Lance earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2003.
