Riley Medd

Riley Medd, P.Geo, is a qualified geologist with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Geologist at ARC Resources Ltd. since April 2021. Previously, Riley held the position of Geologist in Training at Seven Generations Energy Ltd. from May 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included evaluating regional Montney fairway activity, maintaining competitor land maps using ArcGIS, and integrating Montney core logging into Petrel. Prior experience includes a role as a Geology Student at Seven Generations Energy Ltd., working on an extensive mapping project of the Cretaceous Gething formation, and as a Geology Co-op Student at Suncor Energy, where core logging and quality control of data were key tasks. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology with a minor in Geography from Mount Royal University, alongside athletic experience as a student athlete in women's soccer at both Mount Royal University and the University of Texas at Brownsville.
