Fabien Klimsza

Fabien Klimsza serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Arc International's Americas division, overseeing a $250 million business and managing manufacturing operations in New Jersey along with distribution and sales in New York, Mexico, and Brazil since August 2012. Previously held the role of Treasury, Reporting and Consolidation Director for Arc International France, where responsibilities included managing treasury and credit risk for a €600 million glass manufacturing business. Prior to this, Klimsza was the Chief Financial Officer at Arc Distribution France and Spain, managed finance during a turnaround program at Arc International, and served as the Corporate Industrial Strategy Manager overseeing a €400 million capital expenditure program. Klimsza began a career in project management at Durand Glass Manufacturing, managing substantial engineering projects and leading teams to improve performance. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The Wharton School, and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Icam.
