Arthur Hakobjanyan

Arthur Hakobjanyan is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of IT Security at Armenian Card CJSC (ArCa) since October 2020, Arthur has previously held significant roles, including IT Auditor at Ucom LLC, Head of IT Security at Ardshinbank CJSC, and Head of IT Security at Europefootball. Arthur's career began at Armenian Card CJSC, where leadership was demonstrated as the Head of the Tech Department from December 2004 to October 2015. Arthur holds a Master's degree from the State Engineering University of Armenia and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the same institution. Educational background includes completion of studies at Школа № 8 им. А.С. Пушкина.
