Wendy Bosmans

Wendy Bosmans serves as Vice President of Production at bp since April 2021, leveraging extensive experience in operations management within the oil and gas sector. Prior to this role, Wendy held multiple managerial positions at bp, including Area Operations Manager for the Greater Prudhoe Bay Field, overseeing significant production rates and large teams, and Site Operations Manager for an offshore riser platform critical to the UK's crude oil supply. Additionally, Wendy has been involved in developing competency frameworks for operations and maintenance technicians and initiating an apprentice program for the Tangguh LNG facility. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduated in 1997.
