Roth is a retired partner of the accounting firm EisnerAmper LLP in Philadelphia, Pa., and Iselin, N.J. Roth’s areas of specialities include accounting and auditing, quality control reviews, internal inspection programs, and auditing of employee benefit plans. He was a certified fraud examiner and has provided expert witness testimony in over 25 federal and state court proceedings in the areas of accounting, auditing, general business, fraud investigations, and business valuations.
Roth also is a retired adjunct instructor of accounting and management at Temple University, Camden County College, the Foundation of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and LaSalle University. He served on the Township of Cherry Hill, N.J.’s Board of Education from 2008 to 2016, and on the Board of Directors for Peter Nero and the Philly Pops from 1990 to 2012. He has also served on the boards of many other civic and artistic organizations.
Roth joined the Arcadia Board in 2018.
