Grainne Garnier

Grainne Garnier is an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader with extensive expertise in driving consistency and implementing new systems within global teams. Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Arcadis since September 2018, Grainne is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the talent acquisition operating model. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Garnier Consulting Solutions Ltd, Talent Lead at RBS Markets and International Banking, and various leadership positions at KPMG, including Global Head of People - Tax, where Grainne developed and executed global recruitment strategies and led key diversity initiatives. Grainne began their career in recruitment at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Grainne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brunel University London.
