Guy Hodgkinson

Guy Hodgkinson is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in electrical power systems with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Technical Director for Traction Power at Arcadis since December 2024, Guy previously held key leadership roles at Yarra Trams as Head of Engineering for Electrical Systems, and at Rail Projects Victoria as Principal Power Engineer and Power Systems Manager. Additionally, experience at Middleton Group included practice lead positions in both Industrial & Infrastructure and Transmission & Distribution, while contributions to academia were made as an Adjunct Industry Fellow at Swinburne University of Technology. Guy's earlier career includes significant roles at Gysan Engineers and Consultants, Downer, and VicTrack, among others, highlighting a robust background in project management and engineering assurance. Guy Hodgkinson holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. Hons) in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Tasmania and maintains professional accreditation as a Fellow of Engineers Australia, as well as several engineering certifications.
