Philip Ingram

Philip Ingram is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Associate Technical Director and Principal Engineer at Arcadis since February 2017. In this role, Philip leads the highway design team on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, focusing on developing preferred highway layouts through option development and preliminary design towards Statutory Consultation and DCO submission. Philip's extensive career includes positions as Associate Civil Engineer at Beca, Principal Engineer at Arcadis, Work Group Manager and Traffic Safety Manager at Opus International Consultants, and Senior Engineer at WSP Group, among other roles. Notable early contributions include work as a Design Engineer for contract engineering associated with the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Philip holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Kingston University, complemented by higher national and national certificates in Civil Engineering from Southampton Institute of Higher Education and Chichester College of Technology, respectively.
