Mariana Daruich

Mariana Daruich is a chemical engineer with extensive experience in plant supervision and engineering roles within the lithium and mining sectors. Currently serving as the Supervisora Profesional de Planta at Arcadium Lithium since August 2024, Mariana oversees the Selective Adsorption and Water Plants. Prior to this role, Mariana worked at Livent from July 2021 to August 2024 as an Ingeniera de expansión, focusing on the commissioning and project execution of water and selective adsorption plants, and held the position of Ingeniera de mejora de procesos. Earlier experience at Mansfield Minera SA involved planning metallurgical processes and supporting operations through data analysis and reporting, while also developing projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Mariana earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Salta in 2019 and completed a research scholarship at the same university in 2020.
