Pauline Ioannou

Pauline Ioannou is an experienced Administration Officer at Arcare Aged Care since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing all incoming communications for a major residence. Prior to this role, Pauline worked with Spotless Group as a Customer Solutions Consultant on a Department of Defence contract, providing support within the Base Services Support Centre. From April 2017 to January 2021, Pauline served as a Customer Care Advisor at Lovehoney, and earlier held positions at International House, the University of Melbourne, including Student Office Assistant and Assistant Guest Services Manager. Pauline Ioannou earned a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from La Trobe University and attended Fintona Girls' School.
